Holiday Gifts by Crazybananas

2012 has been a fun year creatively for me and other members of the Crazybananas family, and I’ve been fortunate enough to have received a few inquiries about some of my work being up for sale. In the past, the idea of selling anything I’ve made has sounded pretty darn horrifying, but since it’s the holidays (and since I am now jobless…eeek!) I figured it’s a good time to make some items available!

You can buy the book that documents the NYC + KC project, with photos by myself and my best friend Theresa Frey, over at Blurb.com. The book is an awesome gift idea, comes in both hardcover and softcover, and is even available as an ebook (for $4.99…a total steal)!

The second item up for grabs is a print of a photograph I took (and posted a few months back) of a rainbow during a storm in Gove, Kansas. I have a limited number of 8×8 prints for sale, and a few have already been snatched up, so if you’re interested, please send me an email at megan@crazybananas.com.

8. Baggu Zipper Animal Print Bags, $16 – These little zippered bags are adorable and I would love them to keep my purse (which is just ridiculously cluttered) a little more organized.

9. The Girl Who Waited T-Shirt, $25 – For the nerd girl in your life who thinks she is Amy Pond (explanation here if you’re not a Doctor Who fan).

Winner Winner Chicken Dinner!

Thank you so much to everyone who participated in the Hallmark Giveaway! It was such fun reading all of your awesome holiday traditions. I am totally with you, Liz. Christmas Eve is Trent’s birthday, so we try to spend the day doing a lot of celebrating and fun stuff, but once the kids are in bed, we are in Christmas mode. After a crazy day, it feels so quiet. In fact, even though I’m pumped about spending Christmas with the extended family this year, I’m going to miss that quiet evening. It definitely won’t be quiet with the whole family around!

Hey Paul Studios – A Crazybananas Giveaway

Today, since my birthday is tomorrow (have I mentioned I’m a little bit excited?), we’re doing something very special here at Crazybananas. We’re hosting our first ever giveaway! Hooray!!! Today’s prize is from a great blogging friend, Miss Kristen from Hey Paul Studios. Hey Paul Studios, an urban embroidery studio, is the brainchild of the awesome Kristen Paulson, whose work has been featured all over the place. The Crazybananas Birthday Gift Guide

Hey, guess what? It’s birthday week here at Crazybananas! This Thursday at approximately 7:03 p.m. I will turn 30 years old. Thirty! THIRTY!!! I know, I should be bumming out and pouting, but I couldn’t be more excited.
