Are We Really That Different?

This video is from the 2009 World Science Fair (Who knew there was such a thing as a World Science Fair? Do they win blue ribbons?), and I think I’ve watched it twenty times already. Bobby McFerrin is the guy who sang “Don’t Worry, Be Happy” when I was a kid, and it seems he’s still in the business of happiness. This is a great piece on perspective. I’m using it to drown out the cable news in the next room at my office, and it seems to be working quite nicely.

We’re not that different, really.
